Kelly started with Candy Tappin prior to 1970 and after recently selling his interest in Diprose Miller Limited he continues to act as a “consultant” to a significant client base.
Born and raised on a dairy farm in Matamata, Kelly has had a lifetime involvement with the agriculture sector. He was closely involved in the formation and building of NZ Dairies Ltd, and has acted as both chairman and director. He is a director of the North Otago Irrigation Company, a member of the New Zealand Institute of Primary Industry Management and a Fellow of the New Zealand Trustees Association.
Born and raised on a Hawkes Bay vineyard, Anthony attended Massey University in the 1980’s. Initially acquiring a degree in Industrial Technology, Anthony moved into the Chartered Accounting profession in 1988 when he joined Candy Diprose & Partners. He is now a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand.
Anthony and his family settled in Te Aroha in 1990, where he enjoys motorcycling, keeping fit, playing his guitar and relaxing with his family. Anthony is also involved with a number of local community groups and has even been sighted on stage with the local amateur dramatic society.

Jeremy is a Chartered Accountant (CA) who joined Diprose Miller in October 2011 and became a Director in April 2015. Beginning his professional career in the banking and finance sector with Westpac, Jeremy worked in a variety of roles including credit and relationship management. This experience provided Jeremy with an excellent platform to transition into the accountancy industry.
Jeremy has a diverse set of skills that allows him to work with a number of innovative and technology-driven products. Using these allows Jeremy to provide important assessments of client’s businesses, utilising technology as a means to simplify processes.
Jeremy lives on a 20 acre property located between Matamata and Tirau. His interests include a passion for cricket, league, rugby and overseas travel with his partner Christine.
After attending Te Aroha College, Darren completed a degree in Applied Science (majoring in Rural Valuation) at Massey University in Palmerston North. This provided him with an excellent understanding of finance and management issues in the rural sector.
Darren joined Diprose Miller in 1998 before heading off on a four-year “OE”. He rejoined Diprose Miller in 2002 and purchased an interest in the practice in 2011.
Darren, who currently serves as the chairman of the Te Aroha Business Association, is married to Megan, and together they have four young children. He enjoys watching a variety of sports, when time allows, and still plays competitive squash for the Te Aroha Club.
One of only a handful of female Chartered Accountants servicing the rural sector, Jeanette grew up on her parents’ dairy farm near Te Aroha. She joined Diprose Miller Ltd in 2006 and became a director in 2008.
Jeanette has over 20 years’ experience working in accounting and taxation. She also has background experience in farming and operates a business outside of Chartered Accountancy.
In her spare time, Jeanette enjoys spending time at the beach – fishing, diving or just reading a good book. She is a supporter of the Chiefs and the Waikato-BOP Magic. An avid traveller, she has explored many exciting destinations around the world.
Born in Auckland and raised in Te Aroha, Keith attended Te Aroha Primary School and Te Aroha College. He gained his accounting qualification at the Waikato Institute of Technology (WINTEC).
Keith joined Candy Tappin & Diprose in 1976, becoming a partner in 1978. He has extensive knowledge of farm and business accounting along with Estate and Trust Planning.
Married to Rita, a Te Aroha girl, they have three adult sons and five grandchildren. A member of the College Old Boys Rugby Association, Keith has an interest in most sports, especially rugby, rugby league and cricket. He’s also not averse to watching the odd horse race! Keith also enjoys reading, gardening and watching his grandchildren’s sporting endeavours.
Tony is a Chartered Accountant and has been a director of Diprose Miller Limited in Morrinsville since April 2013. Prior to this, Tony ran his own chartered accountancy business, Tony Brown & Associates. His aim is to help clients who have drive and passion excel within their business.
Tony has a varied client base with a special interest in Bloodstock Ventures. He has experience in dairy farming after milking his own herd for several seasons, and also has a small farmlet where he runs both livestock and bloodstock.
Sports take up much of Tony’s leisure time, which he enjoys watching or participating in with his children.

Nigel is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a director of Diprose Miller Limited in Morrinsville. Originally from a farming background in southern Southland, Nigel studied at both Lincoln and Waikato universities before embarking on his professional career which includes 10 years’ banking experience starting with the Rural Bank in Palmerston North.
Nigel is heavily involved in the industry and the local community, holding positions including Chairman of the Morrinsville Chamber of Commerce (MCC) and Director of Maheno Farms Limited. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors, was a finalist for the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) Outstanding New Member of the Year in 2010 and a member of Waikato University’s Gold Key Honours society (2010).
Nigel is married to Ange and together they have three sons. A keen sportsman, he is manager of St John’s College Year 10 Cricket and the U55kg rugby team in Hamilton.
