Accounting Software Evaluation & Implementation

A large number of clients are preparing their own computerised accounting records and providing these to us as the basis from which to prepare GST and income tax returns. We have considerable experience in two contemporary cashbook products.

Accomplish Cash Manager

A simple yet effective software package that provides the ability to analyse transactions, prepare GST returns and print reports showing actual cash flows against budget. There is an excellent debtors/creditors module available for those clients who need to create invoices and maintain client balances. This product has the added bonus that the data can be imported directly into our in-house accounting system for the production of annual financial statements.

Concept Cash Manager

A spreadsheet look-alike product designed for NZ farmers that is easy to use and includes some useful farming features (such as a livestock reconciliation report and a milk income calculator that will work out future advance/deferred milk payments).
