Trust Administration

Our firm acts for a large number of client trusts. For many of these, our trustee company (Diprose Miller Trustees Ltd) is the professional independent trustee. We take our responsibility as a professional trustee very seriously and our firm is a member of the NZ Trustees Association. Our in-house Trust Administration software provides the ability to record all important decisions made by the trustees and ensures that client gifting is kept up to date. We also maintain a register of trust beneficiaries so that their personal circumstances can be taken into account when decisions are made with regard to distributions from the trust.
