Sharlotte was born and raised in Cambridge and spent much of her childhood on her grandparents’ dairy farm just outside the town. That early connection to farming life has given her a strong understanding of the realities and opportunities within rural businesses. She now lives with her family on a lifestyle block in Tauwhare and enjoys being part of both the Cambridge and Morrinsville communities.
Sharlotte joined Diprose Miller in 2025 and works with clients across a full range of accounting needs – from core compliance such as GST, annual accounts, and day-to-day support, through to business advisory services including cash flow forecasting and business planning. She has experience working with a wide variety of clients, including farming operations, growing small businesses, and established commercial enterprises, giving her a well-rounded and practical approach.
As a business owner herself, Sharlotte understands the day-to-day pressures that come with running a business. This hands-on experience allows her to provide advice that is not only technically sound, but practical and grounded in real-world decision making.
She enjoys building strong relationships with clients and takes pride in helping them make confident decisions and achieve their goals.

Sharlotte holds a Bachelor of Management from the University of Waikato and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Outside of work, Sharlotte and her partner run their own business, and she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her partner and children in their sporting endeavours. She is Co-Treasurer of the Auckland/Hauraki Dairy Industry Awards alongside Melissa Slattery.
